Irizar Inaugurates a Commercial Plant in Uruguay

Asperol, official Irizar distributor in Uruguay for two years, has inaugurated their new commercial representation centre for all of Uruguay near the city of Montevideo. The most important figures from the country's highway passenger transport sector were present at the inauguration event, as were the entire Asperol team and representatives from Irizar Brazil. After more than 25 successful years in the Uruguayan market, Irizar is increasing their presence in the country, further reinforcing their close relationships with clients and consolidating their service network that is provided by Irizar Brazil. The new centre has 2000 m² of built area and a team of 20 professionals who can meet all the needs of the Uruguayan clients. In addition, the new Irizar operations centre provides all the maintenance services for all kinds of buses and coaches at a single location, like inspections, cleaning and air conditioning maintenance, mechanics, bodywork and painting, original spare parts and accessories sales, among other services. With the new facilities, Irizar is reaffirming their commitment to the Uruguayan market through Asperol and is thus reaffirming the importance of the country in the South American market.
